For anyone who wishes to be "stretched out", learn HOW to stretch properly, PHOENIX, a CERTIFIED aerobics instructor and personal trainer will be available to help you with any difficulty or question.
In the HOUSE HOUR, for ANYONE and EVERYONE who has trouble with BASIC HOUSE Dance or WISHES TO LEARN, PHOENIX has a "HOUSE DANCE FITNESS" SECTION in the studio to teach you "WAYS" that you can move on your own with. So wall flowers don't be shy...this space has no EGOS or JUDGES...JUST FAMILY!!
Open sessions means EXACTLY THAT!!!....."OPEN SESSIONS"!!!
This practice is an "OPEN SPACE" invitation to ALL who dance, all ages are welcome. From BALLET to HIP HOP, TAP to VOGUE, ALL FORMS are welcome to express themselves. In "OPEN SESSIONS" we encourage through sharing ideas in movement with each other, also building a UNITY community.
